Join fellow AACEA members, friends, and guests for our first-ever pickleball tournament — an event designed to bring our community together beyond the professional space. Whether you’re coming to play, support, network, or simply enjoy the atmosphere, this will be a day to remember.

The purpose of this event is to provide a networking environment to our members, sponsors, and friends during a professionally organized tournament. The tournament provides a fun, competitive, and welcoming environment where players can develop their skills, enjoy the games, and build relationships within the community.

  • 8 pickleball courts reserved for 6 hours of tournament play.
  • Official Franklin X-40 tournament balls
  • Tournament Director service including player coordination, brackets and scheduling
  • 4 Court monitors to assist all players and maintain smooth event operation.
  • Premium trophies and award presentation
  • Professional hydration booth with protein bars, water, Gatorade, Ice tea, and ice throughout the event.
  • Unlimited pizza and sodas for players and guests.
  • Premium fruit and nutrition station for players
  • Live DJ entertainment 

This is a Doubles Pickable, each team has two players and the tournament will be played using a Round Robin format, ensuring that all teams have multiple matches and ample playing time throughout the event.

The tournament is designed for the following skill levels:

  • Beginner Division
  • Intermediate Division

Teams will compete only against other teams within their designated division.

  • All matches will be played to 11 points.
  • Teams must win by 1 point.
  • Rally scoring will not be used unless otherwise announced by the Tournament Director.
  • Standard pickleball rules will apply throughout the tournament.
  • Each team will play every other team within its bracket whenever possible.
  • Teams will earn points based on match results.
  • Final standings will be determined after all round robin matches are completed.

If two or more teams finish with the same win-loss record, the following tie-breakers will be used in order:

  1. Head-to-head result
  2. Total point differential (points scored minus points allowed)
  3. Total points scored
  4. Coin toss or Tournament Director’s decision

Depending on the number of teams registered:

  • The top teams from each division may advance to a playoff round.
  • Semi-finals and Finals may be played to 11 or 15 points, at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
  • Medal matches may be conducted to determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers.

To keep the tournament running smoothly:

  • Players should be ready at their assigned court at least 10 minutes before their scheduled start time.
  • A 5-minute warm-up period will be permitted before the first match.
  • Matches may be called early if courts become available.

All participants are expected to demonstrate:

  • Respect toward opponents, partners, officials, volunteers, and spectators.
  • Honest line calling and fair play.
  • Positive conduct both on and off the court.

Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in warnings, point penalties, or disqualification at the discretion of the Tournament Director.

  • USA Pickleball-approved paddles are recommended.
  • The official tournament ball will be announced prior to play.
  • Players are responsible for bringing their own paddles and proper court attire.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to:

  • Modify formats due to weather, court availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Make final rulings on disputes and interpretations of tournament rules.
